Our Founder
Haraya, whose name means “vision” in Filipino, is a visionary and a first-generation entrepreneur. Since beginning her entrepreneurial journey over ten years ago, Haraya has built three companies from the ground up. Together, these companies employ nearly 250 young, creative Filipinos and support hundreds of clients in the Philippines, Australia, the UK, Europe, and North America.
Haraya feels immensely grateful for what she and her teams have accomplished, especially during these unpredictable times. However, her early years in business were filled with challenges, and there were countless moments when giving up seemed like the only option.
After successfully implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and growing her companies fivefold, Haraya felt called to share her knowledge with other entrepreneurs. Having experienced these struggles firsthand, she founded Satori to empower entrepreneurs in their journeys, helping them achieve growth and the “EOS Life” —a life of balance, freedom, and fulfillment that EOS enables.
As an Expert EOS Implementer™ based in the Philippines, Haraya travels extensively throughout Southeast Asia, working closely with leadership teams to foster lasting transformation and sustainable success. Through Satori, she is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in building strong, resilient businesses and providing the essential guidance they need to feel supported every step of the way.
